Elementary Schools (Alcott, Thoreau, and Willard)
Three elementary schools, organized on a neighborhood school concept, provide a warm setting for Concord's children, and house classes from Kindergarten through Grade 5. Each school offers a range of teaching styles and care is taken to place children in the classroom which best meets their learning styles.

Recognizing that changing family and life styles have produced a need for before and after school child care, Concord, through the cooperation of its schools, its Recreation Department and private child care facilities, is able to provide families with a variety of alternative options for extended day care.

Concord Middle School
The Concord Middle School is one school based in two buildings, comprised of Grades 6, 7 and 8, and organized on the House system. Recognition of academic excellence and achievement is a school goal. Eighth graders receive departmental awards, and Principal's Recognition Awards for achievement and effort are awarded at each grade level. Concord Middle School provides a wide variety of co-curricular activities during school hours as well as after school organized activities.

Concord-Carlisle Regional High School
Joining with Concord in the Regional School District is the neighboring town of Carlisle. Offering many of the same advantages as Concord, it is a more rural town with a population of 4,650 residents.

Concord-Carlisle Regional High School, selected as one of the six most outstanding high schools in Massachusetts, offers a comprehensive program for approximately 950 students. School facilities are well-equipped and staffed by a highly qualified professional team of teachers and support personnel. Effort and achievement are recognized in the school community through an Honor Roll, Departmental Honors, National Honor Society, individual prizes and recognition, and participation in programs such as the Presidential Academic Fitness Awards. The curricular program is designed to meet the needs of all ability levels from basic skill development to advanced placement. An outstanding co-curricular program is offered and students are strongly encouraged to participate. Concord-Carlisle High School has an impressive record of league and state championships in academic, athletic and musical competitions.
