Physical exams are valid for one calendar year. If expiration occurs during the sport season, notification will be sent for a new physical exam to ensure continuation in that sport. A signed written extension from the physician with the date of the scheduled physical exam will NOT be accepted for continued participation in sports in accordance with MIAA Rules. A copy of the new physical exam must be provided to the School Health Office on the next school day.
